If you need to uninstall your forms (for instance, to transfer a license, upgrade a PC's hardware, etc.), you will need to run the following uninstall procedure.
- Connect to the Internet. You must be connected to the Internet to uninstall your forms license.
- Run the Forms Manager. (If you don't have the forms manager program, go here to download it first.)
- Type in your company name in the "Your Company Name" box.
- In the Username box, enter the name of the person who was using the forms.
- In the "Currently Licensed Forms" list, click the template you want to uninstall. If you want to uninstall a group of templates, click on the group folder. For example, you can click on the group item named "RRC of TX" in the screenshot at right if you want to uninstall all RRC forms.
- Click the "Uninstall" button. If you are uninstalling an entire group, all the forms will be uninstalled. If you've selected an individual form, it will be uninstalled. Follow these steps for any other forms you want to uninstall.
- Once your form(s) has been uninstalled, you will need to call Forms On-A-Disk Technical Support for assistance with reinstalling the form(s).
