Adobe Acrobat's Microsoft Word macros just don't play nice with other software. You will find that the Forms On-A-Disk menu is hidden, unable to display because of how Adobe's Acrobat software manages its own Word menu.

The first solution is a quick work-around: Do a right click on your Menu Bar, then click "Customize." Then click the "Close" button. The Forms On-A-Disk menu should appear. If not, try the Second Solution, below.

The second solution is to disable the Acrobat macros. If you need to create PDF files of your Word documents, do it through the Acrobat program, not through the Adobe macros.
